Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

Shipment cost for all orders in Turkey is free.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in
shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
NİHAN PEKER MODA TAS.VE DAN.LTD.ŞTİ is not liable for any products damaged or
lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier
to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping (Outside of Turkey)

Shipment cost for international orders up to 4 KGs is 4.350 TL
Please check you shipping cost before you place the order.
NİHAN PEKER MODA TAS.VE DAN.LTD.ŞTİ is not responsible for any customs and
taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of
the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,
may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 5 KG, you should consider using a trackable shipping service
or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
so returns are not eligible for international orders.
Items must be returned within 7 days from date of delivery, unworn, unused, and unwashed,
with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
